The basis price for the apartment is € 50,00 per night.
Additional to the basis price we ask per adult € 30,00 and per child € 15,00 per night.
Children under 6 years old are free of charge.
The cleaning fee is € 50,00 per stay.
The tourist taxes are in the price included.
At seasons beyond school vacation or a longer stay we offer discount.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
To fix the booking we ask a prepayment of 10% of the entire price.
By cancellation longer than 12 weeks before expected arrival we refund the total prepayment.
By cancellation shorter than 12 weeks before expected arrival we do not refund the prepayment.
